You know, you could make a good spinoff of "Aladdin" starring Alhazred, with the young street kid befriending the strange, wild-eyed poet whom nobody else likes and whose poetry career is on the skids. With the boy's help Alhazred finds the ruins of the Nameless City and wacky hijinks ensue when Aladdin's monkey tries to steal a curious artifact. And when all is said and done Alhazred returns home, writes a big book about his adventures that's a huge hit, and everyone's happy.
